According to the details, in a special message issued to the force on social media, IG Punjab said that the Punjab Cabinet has increased the age limit from 22 to 25 years for the recruitment of children of martyrs and employees who died in the line of duty. Similarly, the requirement of 50% marks in the matriculation examination has also been abolished and now only a matriculation pass will be eligible to apply. IG Punjab has also done away with the two-year experience requirement for recruitment to the driver constable seat so that more employees and children of martyrs can benefit from it. The Punjab Cabinet has approved the extension of age, marking rate, and scrapping of experience requirements, a move that will benefit hundreds of children of police personnel. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the way for recruitment of driver constables and other posts will be paved for the children of police martyrs and employees who are deprived of their jobs due to any reason. Dr. Usman Anwar also announced the inclusion of all Punjab Police Ghazis in C-2 and issued the order by signing the said summary. He said that all police veterans who were injured in encounters with robbers, bandits, and terrorists would be eligible to take the C-2 list exam. IG Punjab said that priority measures will continue for the best welfare of martyrs, Ghazi, and other employees. He told the force to let’s take a pledge today that we will spare no effort to protect Pakistan and serve Pakistanis. The IG Punjab emphasized that no sacrifice will be spared to protect the life and property of the citizens and to maintain the atmosphere of law and order. Furthermore, the IG Punjab has issued a special message for the front desk employees of police stations on Eid-ul-Fitr. He has given the good news of being regular. According to the details, a notification has been issued to regularize the police station assistants and senior station assistants serving at the front desk. In a special message regarding the regularization of SSA and PSA, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that the order which the employees posted at the front desk in the police stations of all the districts of the province been waiting for seven years has finally been issued. IG Punjab has also issued directions for immediate implementation by sending regularization orders of PSA and SSA to all RPOs and DPOs of the province. Dr. Usman Anwar said that if any employee’s morale has decreased due to the long wait, then remove him immediately and ensure the performance of duties with new determination. IG Punjab said that by treating the requests of the oppressed civilians coming to the police stations as a ticket to heaven, ensure the provision of immediate justice and stop the hand of the oppressor and give justice and all possible relief to the oppressed, orphans, widows, and the helpless. IG Punjab directed that the citizens who come to the police station for various problems should be a source of help and convenience by giving them full guidance. Dr. Usman Anwar said that the problem which has been delayed for seven years has been solved, serving and protecting the citizens of Pakistan with a new spirit.
