Shanghai : Federal Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control Mohsin Naqvi visited the headquarters of Shanghai’s urban planning. The head of Shanghai Urban Planning, Madam Chen, welcomed him. Mohsin Naqvi was given a detailed briefing on Shanghai city’s master planning, development, and facilities. He was briefed about Shanghai’s rapid development system along with urban services. Through videos and models, he was informed about Shanghai’s development journey and master plan. He also viewed a model of Shanghai’s modern, facility-equipped stadium. Mohsin Naqvi expressed deep interest in the system that brings all information together in a modern manner under Shanghai urban planning and praised the technology-based system. He appreciated the steps taken to make the city’s system integrated and foolproof. He said Shanghai is unmatched in the fastest development and its progress is worth emulating for every city. He said they also want to develop Islamabad on Shanghai’s pattern and will take immediate steps to benefit from Shanghai’s rapid development. He also wrote his remarks in the visitors’ book. Federal Secretary Interior Muhammad Khurram Agha, Chief Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Ali Randhawa, and IG Islamabad Police Ali Nasir Rizvi were also present.
